Artist Spotlight - Noel Bensted.

Noel Bensted, born in 1970, studied illustration at Brighton University and the Royal College of Art. After working on numerous commissions for publishers, he transitioned to full-time painting in 1997. A figurative artist, his work is deeply inspired by his travels, drawing on the richness of diverse cultures and landscapes. His paintings capture the vibrant energy of urban life in Europe and Africa, featuring young men and women dressed in modern clothing as well as cultural costumes from Africa and beyond. In addition to his figurative pieces, Noel creates still-life paintings that emphasize form, texture, and light.
