A pair of Kuba Textile , Congo, Central Africa

A pair of Kuba textiles featuring a classic pattern of interlocking diamonds and zigzags. Both pieces display variations in dark brown outlines and light beige tones, arranged symmetrically for a balanced geometric design. Woven from raffia palm fibre they date back to the late 20th century and originate from an ex-UK collection. Measurements: the lighter textile on the left is L 57 cm x W 58 cm, while the darker one is L 50 cm x W 50 cm.. Price is £150 each.
