Kuba Panel cloth woven using raffia palm fiber, crafted by men and intricately embroidered by women, are celebrated for their distinctive patterns, they are adorned with tight tufting, earning them the name "Kasai velvet. The pattern has interlocking diamonds with smaller diamonds inside, outlined in dark brown and filled with beige, creating a balanced geometric design. Ex French collection, mid 20th century, measurements are L 54 cm x W 47 cm.
